Promoting Jurisdictionary on the net
Today was another busy day. Up at 4:30 A.M. and off to another busy
day. Among some other tasks such as a bit of gardening, answering
emails and other miscellaneous tasks I found some spare time to set up
JURISDICTIONARYOKC on plaxo and twellow. Plaxo is fairly good to
promote on because it connects both Facebook and Twitter but Twellow
is much more focused.
Twellow lets you find lots of local twittering folks and organizations
to follow. Following people is the key to getting people to follow you
and learn what you have to offer them. Since you can focus the people
you follow and who ultimately follow you on local people, many of whom
have thousands of followers themselves the word about jurisdictionary,
you as chapter leaders and promoting your local organizations should
help grow your organizations exponentially and hopefully in a very
short order.
Getting through Twellow looking for Oklahoma City area residents will
take a couple of days at least because there are 102 pages of Oklahoma
City residents and groups available. Then there is still Edmond,
Moore, Midwest City, Yukon, Norman and more smaller cities that
surround Oklahoma City. For many of you there will be far more pages
than there are for Oklahoma City.
What better way can you find to help promote your local chapter and
get more people attending your meetings than that?
There may be more and maybe better places to promote your chapter. And
remember that by using RSS all of the messages we post here now get
ported not only to Twitter and Facebook but many other social networks
as well.
No matter how many radio or tv shows you might be able to talk on you
will never be able to spread the word as fast as I am doing it and you
can pitch in to help spread the word about your local organizations
simply by posting right here in this group.
