When Credit go bad

A customer wanted a Dish Network system. Dish credit check said the
customer was deceased. It was in their credit report. So the person
went to Equifax and downloaded their report and it didn't show any
problem. Dish then said it was their SS number and to contact SSA. The
customer did that and found no problem. Further complaints to Dish
resulted in a SUBSIDIARY of Equifax. It took three days and the help
of the Texas Attorney Generals Office to get into CSCREDIT company to
find the "mistake" and get it taken care of. Equiax didn't report what
It's subsidiary company was reporting. So much for accurate credit
reports from EQUIFAX.
